[Said with hand hitting the forehead]
I hate about pages!
“You want to know about me?”
Briefly then (because I hate waffle) …
20 things I love … in no particular order

- Cowboy boots
3 surprising facts about me:
- By marriage, I am a distant relative of Cary Grant

Spending years ‘waiting’ or being shy, quiet or scared is no way to live a life.
(There’s a longer version of my story HERE.)
As I approached my mid-forties I realized that I could have more years behind me than ahead of me and I felt that I had done ‘naff-all’ with my life.
Okay, I had ‘done’ lots of things and had several strings to my professional bow – but by my standards, I had not fulfilled, my potential – and I believe we all have some level of consciousness about what our potential is.
I was miserable. I knew that I had to change something. I wasn’t ready to throw in the towel just because I had reached a certain age.
Yet it wasn’t just about being a certain age. Like I say, I knew something had to change but I didn’t know what that was and I didn’t know who to ask or where to find the information I needed. I had no help or support system, so … I had to sort this out for myself.
Being a highly kinesthetic type, I returned to my dance /exercise foundations and worked on becoming strong, my way, from the outside in, challenging myself with a strong style of yoga, radically tidying up my diet, as well as taking a deep dive into personal development; questioning my thinking, my behaviour, my choices – well in truth, absolutely everything!
I knew I had to ‘find out’, to go into the truth of who I was, so that I could decide how to bring the threads together to create something meaningful.
Fast forward several years;
After much learning, investigation, and training I am doing work I love, with a business I have created and am working with wonderful clients who have become my friends.
I have made my mess my message, and what I know is:
- Being past forty five (or 55) doesn’t mean you’re past it!
- The second half of your life could find you healthier and happier than you have ever been before.
- It’s never too late to be the person you could become.
- There are answers if you learn how to listen.
Being self luminous, You cause everything to shine
Delighting in your form, You fill the Universe with delight;
Rocking with your own bliss
You make the world dance with joy.

So, if you are at midlife, suffering unruly menopausal symptoms and feeling stuck (or feeling like poo!), then I might just be your secret weapon and joint host for your midlife rebellion.
You may also need to know that:
I am a little irreverent, have mystical tendencies and am quietly rebellious.
