I know I would … not just to have a more youthful appearance, but what about on the inside, vital tissues ageing a little more slowly … Yes please!
If you hang round here for a little while you know that I firmly believe that “You are what you eat”, and more and more science is backing that up. If it is about deciding to change the way you eat or adding beneficial foods into your daily diet, then why not, what could be easier?
